Job Description

Rekon LLC is seeking professional, reliable, and adaptable Role Players to support government and military training exercises. In this position, you will help create realistic and immersive training environments by portraying civilians, personnel, or other characters as outlined in mission-specific scenarios.

Role Players are essential to achieving Rekon LLC’s mission of delivering high-quality, life-impacting training solutions that prepare participants for real-world challenges. This is a dynamic and hands-on role requiring flexibility, situational awareness, and a commitment to safety and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Accurately portray assigned roles according to scripts, briefs, or scenario objectives.
• Collaborate with training teams, coordinators, and other role players to ensure realistic execution.
• Follow direction from supervisors and adjust performance based on real-time feedback.
• Maintain professionalism, reliability, and confidentiality throughout all assignments.
• Participate in safety briefings and comply with all on-site operational procedures.
• Provide after-action feedback to enhance future scenario effectiveness.
• Wear designated costumes, props, or gear as required for the role.
• Be prepared for outdoor or field conditions and light physical activity as part of the scenario.
  

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; bilingual skills (Spanish, Arabic, or other languages) are (preferred but not required).
• Ability to follow instructions and adapt quickly to changing environments.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
• Previous role player, acting, military, or law enforcement experience (preferred but not required).
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be able to pass background screening and meet site access requirements.
